Large blending stick – for soups, smoothies, and larger volumes.
Small blending stick – for sauces, aioli, and emulsions where precision is needed. For example, when making mayonnaise.
Can I make peanut butter with the hand blender?
Absolutely! We recommend making it using the mini chopper.
Suggested recipe:
200 g natural peanuts
1 tbsp coconut oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of vanilla sugar
Blend in batches until the desired consistency is reached.
? For a smoother texture, add a little more coconut oil.
? If you like “crunchy” peanut butter, chop some pieces separately and fold them in at the end.
Can the plastic containers handle heat?
Yes! Both the measuring cup and mini chopper are made from Tritan plastic, which can withstand up to 100°C (212°F).
Can I put all removable parts in the dishwasher?
The accessories are dishwasher safe for easy and quick cleaning. To maintain the sharpness of the blades, hand washing is recommended. See the user manual for more maintenance information.
I need a new refill lid for the mini chopper. Where can I buy it?
