Why is the slush not getting the right consistency?
To achieve a smooth texture, the mixture needs at least a 6% sugar content or a Brix value of 10%.
Use simple syrup. regular granulated sugar will make the slush grainy.
What is Brix value?
It indicates how much sugar a liquid contains and is used in the food industry.
Does it take a long time to make drinks with alcohol?
Alcohol slows down the freezing process. To save time, add the alcohol only after the slush has reached the right consistency.
Why does the machine stops?
Try cleaning the dispenser. If you use natural fruit juice, it must be strained before pouring it into the machine, otherwise the dispenser may get clogged.
The display shows “OP”
The container is not mounted correctly. Reattach it and lock it securely.
The display shows “E1” or “E2”
Short circuit or interruption in the sensor. Restart the machine. Contact the store where you bought the product if the problem persists.

How do you get slush in 15 minutes?
Pre-chill the ingredients before you start. Use no more than 500 ml of liquid at first. You can gradually increase the amount. This way, the first batch of slush will be ready faster.
How do you avoid overloading and spills?
Never fill above the maximum line.

Yes, it works to use stevia.
How long can the machine run, and can you add ingredients during operation?
